Pacheco Insurance Services uses a Google Reviews widget on this website. This policy explains what Google Business Profile information the widget accesses, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

The widget reads public review information associated with the Pacheco Insurance Services Google Business Profile. This may include a review identifier, the reviewer's public display name and profile photo, star rating, review text, review date, the business's average rating, and total review count.

How We Use This Information​

We use this information only to display selected Google reviews and rating information on our website. The widget is configured to display reviews rated three, four, or five stars. Although Google's business.manage permission can support broader Business Profile management, our widget only reads review information. It does not edit, reply to, or delete reviews, and it does not change the Business Profile.

Storage and Security

Google authorization credentials are kept on the server and are not exposed to website visitors. Review results may be held temporarily in memory for up to five minutes to improve performance. Access tokens are held only until shortly before they expire. The widget does not store Google review data in a separate database.

Sharing and Sale of Data

Information is processed only as needed through Google and our website hosting and technical service providers to operate the widget and website. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to make credit, insurance, employment, or other eligibility decisions.

Website Visitors

Visitors do not sign in to Google to use this website, and the widget does not access a visitor's Google Account data.

Your Choices

The Google Account that authorized this connection can review or revoke access at any time through the Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revoking access will stop the widget from retrieving new review information.
